Please make sure you have a deposit on your table to hold your reservation. Tables that are not promptly reserved with a deposit will be released to those on our waiting list. You can find your table fee and balance on the first page of the exhibitor contract you received to see if you have made a deposit. Table fees must be paid in full by no later than July 1, 2025.

There is a room block set up at The Westin Jersey City Newport for exhibitors and attendees. A direct link will be available shortly to book online using the special room block rate.

To pick up your exhibitor badges you must check in on Thursday evening at our ticket table located in front of the Newport Ballroom. Our staff will be available at the ticket table exhibitors to check-in. Once you check-in and receive your badges you may enter the showroom to set up your tables.

To request your exhibitor badges please make sure to fill out and return your exhibitor agreement. If you need a copy of your exhibitor agreement, please contact our office.

The show will open on Thursday at 6:00 pm to Collector Pass holders, with the show closing at 11:00 pm. Please note that you are required to maintain your display for the entire duration of the show.

7:30 pm – 7:45 pm: First Lottery Winners are Drawn

8:15 pm – 8:45 pm: Open Bid Winners Announced

The Newark Liberty International Airport - EWR - is the nearest airport to the show hotel, The Westin Jersey City Newport. The Newark Liberty International Airport is a 35-minute ride to/from the hotel so be sure to plan accordingly for traffic. LaGuardia Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport are also options for arrival/departure.

Large events often become targets for companies seeking to take advantage of the attendees. Some of our attendees and exhibitors have reported that they’ve been contacted by third-party companies for a number of reasons including hotel reservations.

These fraudulent companies, such as “Conventioneers”, "Event Travel Planners", "Convention Housing Authority" and "Expo Housing" are in no way associated with Fifty Fifty Productions. These companies will try to present themselves as official partners of NYCKS to offer you a potential room at a rate that may not be guaranteed or available. Fifty Fifty Productions does not handle any hotel accommodation requests, and will never call you directly to book a reservation. The Westin Jersey City Newport is the only party that would be contacting you regarding your reservation.

If you have made a reservation with one of the fraudulent travel agent companies listed above, your hotel reservation may be at risk. Please contact the show host hotel immediately to confirm your reservation.
